James River Air Conditioning Named ACCA's 2017 Commercial Contractor of the Year

ACCA, the nation's largest association of indoor environmental systems professionals, has named James River Air Conditioning in Richmond, VA, its 2017 Commercial Contractor of the Year.

"This year we had many innovative commercial contractors apply for this award, which made judging particularly tough," said Paul T. Stalknecht, ACCA president and CEO. "This year's winner, James River Air Conditioning, illustrates the characteristics that all the best commercial contractors in the country have in common, and their dedication to growing and diversifying the workplace, make them an excellent choice for this award."

James River Air Conditioning will be presented the Commercial Contractor of the Year award on March 21 at the Industry Champions super session, part of the IE3 Show taking place March 20 - 22 in Nashville, TN.

James River Air Conditioning was the stand out candidate in 2017 due to their unique focus on marketing and training, and their programs and efforts to recruit young people and women into our industry.
